These are limited edition, posted on THURSDAY 19/10/2023, via DHL Parcel. Don’t forget to double check you have entered the correct address.
Opt for a monthly subscription or a one-off box if you aren't into commitment! Subcriptions payments are taken on the same date every month. Subscriptions can be paused/skipped, or cancelled after 3 months.
The theme and ingredients will change each month. The shelf life is normally 7 days on most items. Please e-mail me if you have any questions, or check here for FAQ's related to the subscription box:
Our Mail Order packages are sent throughout the UK via DHL Parcel This is usually a next day signed for service, but please account for an extra day or two if your order is important, the service is fully tracked along the way. If a delivery is missed, then you can re-arrange it via DHL Parcel's website for a time that suits you. Scottish Highlands and offshore addresses are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24.
Merchandise products are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, £2.99, for orders of 4 or less items. Shipping is upgraded to DHL/Tracked for 5+ items, or if included with any of our mail order baked goods.
Please check the individual product for postage date information. If you have selected a date, this is the date the product is dispatched (sent) not the date it is delivered (received). Tracking information is available once the item has been posted.
We cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses, it's definitely worth spending an extra minute making sure you have entered this correctly at the checkout to avoid any mistakes.
For Celebration Cakes and Slice Saturday Pre-Oreders: we currently have a collection system in place for certain dates and times at the bakery so that we can accomodate all areas of our work. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you can't find the date and time you require so we can check if we are able to change your collection time. If you miss your collection time, please note we may not have further availability for a few days and cannot take responsibility or offer refunds in this case.
