2 years of a monthly cake in the post and I still love making this happen, from researching and designing the boxes, to finding niche independent suppliers for small gifts, and actually making huge batches of cake..!

To celebrate such a momentus occasion, I asked for suggestions on instagram stories for this month's subscription box, so here we are with my GREATEST HITS!
❤️ Red Velvet Cake Pot - A moist vanilla cake with a hint of cocoa, turned red for old time’s sake, with Single Variety’s cherry jam and smooth cream cheese buttercream.
🍫 Salted Caramel Brownie - My original salted caramel brownie, a recipe I’ve perfected over the last 10 years!
🍰 Rhubarb & Custard Blondie - By popular demand, and thanks to my sister growing a bumper crop of rhubarb this summer (I drove to meet them in the Midlands to pick it up!) - a swirl of custard, rhubarb jam, and a big chunk of rhubarb.
🥜 Peanut Butter Crunch Pop - my cakesicles aren’t filled with cake scraps and icing! This one is filled with the most decadent cornflake cake, with dark chocolate, Pip & Nut peanut butter, and honey. Dipped in caramel flavoured white chocolate, it’s my favourite snack in the bakery!
☕️ Caramel Chai Marshmallows - From my first subscription box, I was so pleased to see these requested for my 25th box! A lightly chai spiced marshmallow with a swirl of my handmade salted caramel.
